Diet is Not a Product of the Environment
Many factors affect your lifestyle. You may only know a few, especially those under surveillance. External factors are not only difficult to identify, but also external. Regardless of the influence, it is not easy to deal with the things that can affect you.
One of the important factors that affect your lifestyle is your environment. Even if you already know this, there's a good chance you're underestimating its impact. We consciously or unconsciously model ourselves around us. In some ways, we can limit this behavior by choosing not to be affected by others, but only to a certain extent. We are the most social animals, so it's rare to be different in our ways. In this case, you may even feel social pressure because you are different.
Have you ever clashed with someone because they have a different view on food: even though you know you have a healthier opinion? Maybe you've tried to avoid breakfast or dinner because you don't think you'll need to eat well for the rest of the day. Not to mention it helps with weight gain. You don't have to tell others about breakfast: since they eat breakfast normally, they may feel defensive and want to correct their wrong idea.
That said, the point here is that your lifestyle is not a product of your environment, even if it is influenced by outside pressures. You still have the last word.
That's reason to believe that your eating habits and choices are a result of your environment. By extension, thinking you are in poor health only adds insult to injury. Environmental factors are really strong. For example, the next time you go out with friends to a restaurant, you may find it difficult to order a salad. It's natural to find what you enjoy the most, regardless of its effect on your health. That said, don't feel like you have to eat 100% of your health. Rest is also allowed during meals.
